Direction Details
Directions to the Terminal
Located at the Dubuque Logistics Park, 4 miles east of East Dubuque, Illinois, and 11 miles west of Galena, Illinois, on the south side of U.S. Highway 20. Please have your release number ready. This number is tied to your order and will be entered at the kiosks or provided to personnel at the scale. Find your release number in the Portal.
First Time/Offseason
If arriving at Dubuque Logistics Park for the first time or during offseason, proceed to the scale to verify routing and facility operations.
In-Season
During in-season (river open operations), proceed on inbound routing to the ADM kiosk to enter your release number. Then continue around to the south side of the shed for entrance into the shed for load confirmation and loading.
Receipt/Exit
Once loaded, proceed to the kiosk at the exit to retrieve your receipt. Exit the facility and location via outbound routing.
Trailer Clean Out
Trailer clean out can be found north of the scale location.
